In 1975 Nick Koutsis and his wife Viki migrated from their home country of Greece in hopes of achieving the American dream of becoming successful and raising a family. Three years later, out of a small office in their basement, their dream of owning their own business came true. Nicks Painting Company serviced the DC Metro area with high-quality painting and superior service for both residential and commercial properties.
After graduating from college in 2000, Nick and Viki’s sons, Tim and George, joined the company and expanded it to what it has become today. Nicks Painting Company is now operating and doing business as Adelphia Exteriors, specializing in a wide variety of home improvement services such as painting, window, roofing, siding and insulation replacement and installation services for commercial and residential properties.
