A+ Permits helps homeowners, contractors and property managers/ homeowners associations with pulling new permits and/or resolving any issues with open or expired permits.
1. Homeowners: We help resolve any open or expired permits on their property, help with code violations, and/or any violations due to work done without permits. Also, if they need a new permit for an upcoming renovation or remodel project on their house.
2. Contractors: We help contractors who don't have the staff or time to handle their permit applications with the County and/or Municipality. We handle completing the paperwork, obtaining the required signatures, contractor registrations, and permit submissions and tracking.
3. Property Managers/ Homeowners Associations: We help property managers and homeowners associations handle their permitting application needs for construction and renovations projects within their communities.
