Started by Managing Director Michael Nobes, and originally Richmond Hyundai in 1995, the Richmond Motor Group has seen great growth in a relatively short period of time, collecting a lot of awards and accolades along the way.

The government scrappage scheme in 2010 saw Richmond become the UK's Number 1 scrappage dealer, taking hundreds of old and inefficient vehicles off the road and replacing them with cleaner, greener models, and the business has been Europe's number one Hyundai dealer for several years.

The business has developed from the small Portsmouth showroom to today's multi-site, multi-million-pound dealerships on the South Coast. Richmond Motor Group now runs from 6 sites covering Hampshire and Surrey and works with 6 various franchises.
