Amarantos (meaning of) -Old Greek flower name derived from the name of the amaranth flower, amarantos, meaning “unfading.”

Mary has an extensive portfolio of personally made, designed and hand-crafted creations. Mary’s is qualified in the area of cake decorating having completed many cake decorating courses in Melbourne, UK, at the Perth Cake Convention featuring “The Boss” Buddy Valastro from Cake Boss and more recently at Planet Cake in Sydney.

Mary has over 18 years experience as both a cake decorator and business owner in the industry.
